Mothers and Daughters are invited to share sacred space to remember the magic that lies within the womb space and connect to the divine feminine essence of birth, the cycle of life and  creation in sacred ceremony. Reawaken your connection to your womb, allowing the trauma, disconnection and taboos of generations to fall away as we celebrate the mysteries of the womb with a blessing from mother to daughter of this sacred portal to the Universe.

WOMB HEALING FOR ALL GENDERS

Heal your relationship to the menstrual, lunar + infradian cycles to maximize your wellness. Learn the four distinct phases, their strengths, characteristics, sensibilities, chemistry and energy levels to fall in love with the period. Heal the spiritual disconnection that has demonized the lunar cycle as ‘lunatic’, the womb cycle as ‘hysterical’ and menstruation as ‘shameful.’ Heal your access to one of the most profound portals to the Universe.

EMBODY THE LIFE CYCLE

Exploratory improvised play, dance and movement as a way to embody, learn and understand the energetics of the four seasons of the earth - thus the four phases of the menstrual life-creation cycle, and the three main life cycle events; menarche, motherhood and menopause. Learn the wisdom of the death and birth cycle of the earth as a fun way to help kids and teens understand life as a constant state of change with trackable patterns. When we are aware of these different patterns, we are better able to move in flow with the life cycles of the earth and of our wombs. For families; all genders and ages.
