JUST DAYS AFTER SAMHAIN, we will be moving very fast towards increasing darkness and shadow work. A time to rest, pause, give thanks - and connect with the spirits to draw visions for our lives. I can not wait to hold space with you this NEW MOON to reflect upon all we have achieved, lost and grown this year to begin visioning the seeds we will sow next Spring.

Prepare an Altar or sacred space in your home where you won’t be interrupted.

What you’ll need 

1. A candle
2. A small bowl of water
3. A small empty bowl
4. Sea Salt
5. Incense
6. Smudge (rosemary, sage or palo santo)
7. Optional: herbs in honor of Samhain        
   1. Optional: crystals in honor of Sahmhain
   2. Optional: manifestation crystals
   3. One piece of paper, and a black ink pen
