Prepare an Altar or sacred space in your home where you won’t be interrupted.
What you’ll need
- A candle
- A small bowl of water
- A small empty bowl
- Sea Salt
- Incense
- Smudge (rosemary, sage or palo santo)
- Optional: Garlic, Rosemary, Anise
- Optional: Crystals
- Two pieces of paper, and a black ink pen
- Two small trinket-size bags or sacs
