2. A small bowl of water
3. A small empty bowl
4. Sea Salt
5. Incense
6. Smudge (rosemary, sage or palo santo)
7. Optional: Garlic, Rosemary, Anise     
   1. Optional: Protective crystals such as, Black Tourmaline, Citrine, Amethyst, Clear Quartz or Tiger’s Eye
   2. Optional: Cleansing/releasing crystals such as, Apache Tears, Obsidian, Aquamarine, Calcite, Agate, Chrysocolla, Lapis Lazuli, Malachite, Angelite, Rhodochrosite and Tourmaline.
   3. One piece of paper, and a black ink pen
