Menstrual Cycle + Infradian Rhythm Awareness

Cyclical Living is the art of living in flow with Lunar, Solar and Menstrual Cycles to optimize your natural force of nature from within, to create ease in the efforts towards your goals, while maximizing your creativity.

  • Gain clarity on the history and root cause of menstrual discomfort, pain, shame and struggle
  • Learn the difference between infradian rhythm + circadian rhythms and how they affect your hormones
  • Discover an easy framework for understanding the four main phases of the infradian + menstrual cycle so you know how to identify PHASE-BASED:
  1. Contraindications 
  2. Hormonal activity
  3. Energy levels/common energetic pulls
  4. Recommended/supportive asanas
  5. Work/Business/Life tasks cyclical timing


  • Practice Yoga + use it for ongoing wellness
  • You struggle or ever struggled with period or hormonal issues
  • You feel disconnected from your feminine side or energy, or feel body dysmorphia due to your energetic womb and/or relationship to the energetic womb
  • You have womb-related and/or sexual/gendered trauma
  • You are feeling stuck in patterns- indecisive, anxious and lacking confidence in the goals you set for yourself
  • You menstruate or not. This workshop is inclusive of all genders for womb healing is the work of all humanity. If you don't menstruate, you still experience an infradian rhythm that

Lexi Mondot, also known as the Cycle Witch, helps healers, coaches, instructors and spiritual leaders dismantle harmful patriarchal influence from their spiritual practices using Cyclical Arts. Cyclical Arts Practice is a devotion that revolutionizes the way we connect with our bodies, the Earth, and each other by honoring lunar, solar and menstrual cycles. They are dedicated to healing humanity's relationship to these cycles- and all genders' relationship to the menstrual cycle as a pathway to end global warming by healing the root cause of our hyper-masculinized, consumer and production based internal landscape that has polluted our external one. 

Lexi has spent 28 years studying the body, mind and spirit through performative and somatic dance practices with master teachers to gather body wisdom based in human ritual - including expansive training methods such as: Alexander Technique, Bartenieff, Laban Movement Analysis, Feldenkrais, AFCMD, Gaga technique, Limon, Horton, Graham, Humphrey, Contemporary Dance, Floorwork, Improvisation + Contact Improvisation.

They spent 15 years researching, practicing and/or studying various healing methods including: Menstrual Cycle Awareness, CBT, EMDR, Pranayama, Kundalini, Nutrition, Yoga, Ayurveda, TCM, acupuncture, witchcraft, folk medicine, holistic nutrition and more.

They use years of experience as a healer, practicing witch, neurodivergent + genderqueer thriving survivor of PTSD to offer you a trans, queer-inclusive, trauma-informed + intersectional perspective on menstruality + spirituality that’s accessible, grounded, and rooted evidence-based methods, science and anthropology.

Lexi, aka The Cycle Witch, has a B.A. with Honors in Dance, a B.A. in Theatre and a Certification in Arts Management from Hollins University. They are a 200hr Certified Yoga Instructor through The Mindfulness Center, have been practicing witchcraft for 15 years and instructing/performing dance for over 20 years.
