WHAT TO DO BEFORE YOU JOIN ON ZOOM:
Prepare an Altar or sacred space in your home where you won’t be interrupted.
Recommended to include:
A candle
A small bowl or jar of water
Sea Salt
Incense or a feather
Herbs for smoke cleansing (rosemary, cedar, homegrown sage)
Crystals and/or herbs from the garden
A piece of paper and a black ink pen
