Get ready to do some digging into deep shadow work during this LATE AUTUMN part of the earth cycle- like the PMS of the Earth - all of our shadows are coming to the surface ready to be seen, loved, healed and integrated as we approach the next phase.

Prepare an Altar or sacred space in your home where you won’t be interrupted.

What you’ll need 

1. A candle
2. A small bowl of water
3. A small empty bowl
4. Sea Salt
5. Incense
6. Smudge (rosemary, cedar, homegrown sage etc.)
7. Optional: Garlic, Rosemary, Anise

   2. Two pieces of paper, and a black ink pen
